Dr. Gerhard Wahlers, Secretary General of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung and head of the foundation’s international programs will visit the Philippines from January 8 to 14. He will visit KAS partnership projects in the country, including the ACFJ.
Dr. Wahlers was KAS resident representative in Washington, DC for six years until 2003, after which he was appointed to the KAS international division. He has done research in Latin America and obtained his doctorate degree from the Westfallische Wilhems University in Munster.
