Quezon City, 5 Jan 2012. GMB Akash, a highly-lauded photographer from Bangladesh currently enrolled in the center’s multimedia journalism program, just had his photograph featured in Germany’s Spiegel Online; Spiegel Online is one of the top news websites in Germany. The photo featured, showing the case of very young prostitutes in Bangladesh, led Akash to bag the third place in the 2010 Unicef photography competition: “Children’s Stories, Documented by Photographers.”
