It is with deep sadness that the Department of Communication announces the passing of Ms. Isabel E. Kenny, film and visual communication teacher.
For the last decade, Ms. Kenny taught undergraduate, graduate and certificate classes at the department and the Konrad Adenauer Asian Center for Journalism. She was also the author of several books on documentary production and visual literacy and was a sought after lecturer.
At the time of her death, Ms. Kenny was developing “Vigan,” a 12-part telenovela.
The remains of Ms. Kenny will be at the Ateneo College Chapel beginning April 16, Thursday, until April 18, Saturday. Interment details will be announced later.
