Applications for admission to the 2014 Diploma in Photojournalism are being accepted until Wednesday, 15 January 2014.
The Diploma in Multimedia Journalism is a five-course blended learning (online and face to face learning) program seeking to provide Asian working journalists with a broad perspective and the practical skills to undertake cross-platform multimedia journalistic projects. The courses are: Principles and Ethics of Multimedia Journalism, Journalistic Writing for Multimedia, Visual Storytelling, Multimedia Platform Practice, and Multimedia Development and Publishing.
The program, started in 2011, has been jointly designed by ACFJ and World Press Photo, the Amsterdam-based media NGO.
Since its launch, 23 journalists from seven Asian countries have completed the program.
